Product Safety Warnings
3D printed items are not food-safe. Do not use 3D printed products for food storage, preparation, or consumption.
Choking hazard: Some small items may be unsuitable for young children. Keep small items away from children under 3 years of age or any child who may put small objects in their mouth.
Custom Orders
We offer custom and made-to-order items. Custom orders are subject to the same terms as standard orders, with exceptions noted in the Returns and Refunds section below.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout.

Orders

Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Local pickup is available. If you choose local pickup, we will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Once a package is handed off to the shipping carrier, it is the carrier’s responsibility to deliver it. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your package is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns and Refunds
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to qualify for a replacement. We will replace the item with the same product at no additional cost to you.
Items Damaged During Use

Refunds
To request a full refund, the item must be returned to us in new, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
